Huge XBox LIVE improvements (including integrated 3D avatars), the ability to copy full Xbox 360 games to the hard drive, every Netflix movie available from LIVE and they've revealed that Final Fantasy XIII will be released on the 360 at launch. Ouch Sony, ouch. Nintendo fought back with Wii Motion Plus, a plug-in device for the Wii Remote which enhances precision and responsiveness to the remote's movements. Now maybe we can have a real swordfighting game on the Wii? However, hardcore gamers are seemingly disappointed with Nintendo as there are no new announcements about their more serious franchises. Sony shows off price drops of a bunch of their greatest PS3 titles, and shows off trailers for Infamous, Resistance 2, God of War 3 and Massive Action Game -- a squad based multiplayer fragfest with up to 256 players fighting together. They use new technology to cleverly simulate having a new window, without the fuss of smacking a hole in the wall. Sign me up. It's true, Deus Ex 3 is in production! For anyone that missed the original: Deus Ex was one of the first great blendings of the shooter and RPG genre. The lackluster and "console-ized" sequel was a disappointment to fans, so lets all cross our fingers.
